SUNDAY MORNING TRAINING SESSIONS
We meet every fortnight, on Sunday mornings, to put our athletes and their guides through their paces. Everyone is welcome for a 1 hour run, walk, wheel or hop before we stop for a coffee and chat. We would love to meet anyone wishing to become involved with Achilles - be that as an athlete with any form of disability, or any local runners who would like to help support others. Assistance with guiding is provided. Please join us.
